  SUBJECT VERB AGREEMENT A sentence is a group of words that makes a complete thought or makes sense. A sentence consists of two parts. The subject and the predicate . The   subject  of a sentence tells who or what the sentence is about. Example👇  Henry likes pets.  Some subjects are singular (one) while others are plural (more than one).
